  1. The “Review your Snatch recovery kit for a chance to win a signed Snatch hoodie” - June 2022 promotion is an enter to win promotion run by GPC Asia Pacific Pty Limited (ABN 97 097 993 283) of 22 Enterprise Drive, Rowville, Victoria, 3178, Australia.
  2. It commences at 12:01pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Thursday the 16th of June 2022 and concludes on Thursday the 30th of June 2022 at 11.59pm (AEST) (Promotional Period).
  3. The Promoter is GPC Asia Pacific Pty Limited (ABN 97 097 993 283) of 22 Enterprise Drive, Rowville, Victoria, 3178, Australia.
  4. Every entrant to the competition within the promotional period will be in with a chance to win the Prize described below.
  5. All participants (each an Entrant, and together the Entrants) will be subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms and conditions as set out by the Promoter and any future terms and conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions.

THE PRIZE 

  1. The prize consists of one (1x) Snatch Hoodie signed by Shaun & Graham valued at $79.

TO ENTER

  1. To enter the competition for a chance to win a ‘Snatch Hoodie signed by Shaun & Graham’, entrants must leave an honest review of their Snatch Recovery Kit during the Competition Period: 16 June 2022 - 30 June 2022. Only one entry per customer is allowed. To leave a review, visit the product page at the following URL: https://www.4wd247.com/products/snatch-outdoors-recovery-kit. Only customers who have subscribed to the 4wd247.com newsletter and have purchased the kit from this website will receive a promo email for this competition.
  2. For entrants to be eligible for this competition, a prior purchase of the Snatch Recovery Kit from the 4wd247.com website is required. The Promotor reserves the right to ask for proof of purchase.
  3. One winner will be selected at random from all entries during the promotional period at 1pm on the 1st of July 2022.
  4. The winner will be contacted via the account used to enter the competition and by matching the email/phone number provided in the order details. The winner will be notified by 2pm on the 4th of July 2022.
  5. The winner has 3 business days to respond and confirm apparel sizing and the postal address for the Promotor to send them their prize.
  6. If the first winner does not respond to confirm their acceptance of the prize by 2pm on the 7th of July 2022, an alternative winner will be selected at random, until the prize is allocated and accepted.
  7. The prize will be sent by GPC Asia Pacific Pty Limited to the winner’s chosen address.
  8. By entering this promotion, the entrants agree to allow ‘GPC Asia Pacific Pty Limited’ to use their entry for promotional purposes.
  9. The Prize is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or credit and is subject to these terms and conditions.
  10. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  11. The Promotion is open to all Australian residents except employees, contractors, or agents of GPC Asia Pacific Pty Limited and its subsidiaries.
  12. Any decision made by GPC Asia Pacific Pty Limited in respect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved.
  14. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter collects personal information about entrants for the purposes of including entrants in the Promotion.
  15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Promotion or in connection with a Gift.
  16. The warranty on the goods obtained as a result of this Promotion remains the sole responsibility of the Supplier.
  17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Gift.
